Arrangements were made through the manufacturer to have Cherry Appliance repair it. The lady who was the "secretary" was not very accommodating. However, when Mike came in, he was extremely accommodating. In fact, he said he would be out the next day. He was right on time, fixed the problem and even releveled the range for me. Mike was very nice.
